Very early Sony Portable, 5", solid state TV. This was one of their first Solid State TV's. AC powered. TV cosmetically, is in great shape as is the original carry case. While TV does work, it should be serviced if anyone actually wants to use it. Very little cosmetic wear. Original swivel, telescopic antenna is intact, but missing the tip. Comes with original case, ear phone, 4-Pin Sony AC cord (VERY RARE) and owners manual. Weighs 10 lbs in case.

Space-Age portable TV
MODEL 3S-111W
circa early '70's.
5" B & W screen. Pedestal swivels and contains power supply to power the TV from ac, or charge 10 Ni-cad D-cells that may be installed in TV. Handle pops out to carry. TV works, but you have to manipulate tuner knob a little bit. Should be repaired. Only one minor crack in the base. Hard to see, and could be easily fixed. Overall 'yellowing' of the original white finish. No major cracks or stains. 11" tall x 9.5" wide x 9.5" deep.

Really cool, "Space-Age" portable TV, "The Bionic" by Sears with AM / FM radio. 2 1/8" B&W screen. AC / DC powered. Works with AC power supply (included). DC powered by 6x standard AA batteries or internal rechargeable battery pack. Rechargeable battery pack is included, but likely will need to be replaced to use, but have not been tested / charged. Unit has ID info engraved in top of plastic housing (see photos). Built-in telescopic antenna in perfect condition as is the original case. TV and Radio works great! Still has the original warranty "hang tag" on the case strap. No major cracks, chips or dings. Measures 7.75" deep x 6" wide x 2.75" tall and weighs 2.5" unpacked.

Comes with original vinyl case, also in great condition.
