Plays 16, 33, 45 & 78 RPM records. We have completely gone through it cleaning inside and out, disassembled & lubricated main mechanism, resurfaced idler wheel and test played. All functions work great! Turntable holds speed well at +.5%! Probably the closest to perfect speed we have ever had a self contained table run. Both 78 and LP stylus's are in good condition. Original Ceramic cartridge still intact with excellent condition stylus (needle). This is a "stand alone" unit with it's own built-in amp and speaker so no need to connect to another system to use. It does, however have an external speaker jack if you wish to connect a larger extension speaker. Also even though it is a "Mono" system the cartridge / stylus is compatible with all stereo albums / records. Features Function, Tone and volume controls. Feet have built in suspension to reduce noise / rumble from floor noise. Unit is UL listed and has original 3-prong, grounded AC cord intact for safety. This table is ready to use and looks nice. Turntable holds speed well. All control pots cleaned internally. However....by design, this unit does have prominent 60Hz hum. We changed all the internal filter capacitors, but to no avail. If you are going to use it to do media transfers to a computer, and your software has a "notch filter", then you could filter out the 60Hz noise. Also, we removed the poorly designed and problematic "Pause" lever from the transport mechanism. Platter mat and built-in 45 adaptor both intact and in good shape. Existing dual stylus cartridge in great shape, but both sides are for LP / 45 / 16 and not for 78 RPM. All functions test and phonograph looks great!   Pre-owned Hamilton 915, "School style" record player / phonograph.
