Great amp for serious 2-channel, stereo system use. Features include: - Dual power supply for lots of pounding bass and headroom (see lower, center photos above)! - Large (2"), dual analog VU power meters - Speaker selector for A or B, A+B or Off  - Super quality and HUGE de-tented, full-scale 32 step ALPS brand volume attenuator - Separate Bass and Treble with high quality de-tented controls and variable to +- 7.5dB - Tone-Defeat feature. There are a few issues that caused it to be listed on this "Stereo-Parts-Issues-Unit" page, however. There is an audible "pop" upon power up through the speakers, likely due to a problem with the DC surge protection circuit, some of the tone / tape toggles need further cleaning and the power meter lamp circuit will not light. All other functions tested for perfect operation. All inputs tested and both sides of pre-amp and power amplifier, produces clean and even sine waves! No power supply hum of any kind. It's dead silent! Face and knobs are in beautiful condition. With the exception of some old repairs to the wood case ventilation slats (see lower left photos above), the unit looks and sounds great! Huge, pounding performance with lot's of headroom. Measures 17 15/16" wide x 15.75" deep x 7" tall and weighs  a hefty 40 lbs unpacked.
